Kerber Realty Group is a boutique brokerage led by the husband-wife team of Cindy and Jay Kerber with Realty One Revolution. They combine their local expertise with over two decades of marketing, financial and business experience.

Cindy is a native to Charlotte (actually 6 generations, but who’s counting) She is a former corporate marketing exec with 20+ years of digital marketing targeting high net worth clients. She insures each property is given a personalized approach and it gets maximum exposure.

Jay is a “finance geek” with an extensive 25+ years in investments, financial planning, lending and real estate. He insures each client receives strategic guidance and financial insight throughout the process.

They have lived in the Lake Norman area for over 20 years and have watched communities evolve and understand the local market from neighborhoods to schools to waterfront nuances to long term value trends. They have two college aged kids and two Golden Retrievers. Lake Norman isn’t just a market they serve - it’s home.
